What can you expect from our hardware?
During a design workshop at the start of the project, we determine - together and based on your specific needs - which hardware is required. After purchase, the hardware is your property. Typically, it’s offered with 3- or 5-year support.
We deliberately choose high-performance standard hardware that allows parts of the system to be temporarily taken out of service for maintenance, without any impact on performance.
The use of standard hardware also allows us to implement proactive monitoring, so we can resolve potential issues before they occur.

Hardware management
Should you manage hardware yourself?
You can manage your hardware yourself, or outsource it to us.
If you choose a managed solution, we provide a secure, fully redundant connection between your Cloud-in-a-Box and our operations center. This allows us to manage and maintain your entire infrastructure 24/7.
You remain responsible only for the virtual machines or containers. If your Cloud-in-a-Box runs on-premise, you’re still responsible for housing, cooling, and power supply, as these are physical elements we can’t control remotely.
In a colocation setup, however, all of these aspects fall under our responsibility, since your solution is hosted in our data center.
