Privacy statement

Deze privacyverklaring beschrijft de privacy-aanpak van Epact NV op de website (hierna: de “Privacyverklaring”). Omdat wij veel belang hechten aan de bescherming van uw persoonsgegevens, leggen wij in deze Privacyverklaring uit hoe wij uw persoonsgegevens behandelen, overeenkomstig de Belgische Wet van 8 december 1992 tot bescherming van de persoonlijke levenssfeer ten opzichte van de verwerking van persoonsgegevens (zoals gewijzigd en aangevuld) en overeenkomstig Verordening (EU) 2016/679 van het Europees Parlement en de Raad van 27 april 2016 betreffende de bescherming van natuurlijke personen in verband met de verwerking van persoonsgegevens en betreffende het vrije verkeer van die gegevens, en tot intrekking van Richtlijn 95/46/EG (hierna de “Privacywet”). Met deze Privacyverklaring willen wij transparantie bieden, zodat u weloverwogen keuzes kunt maken over het gebruik van uw persoonsgegevens.

Onze privacy policy legt uit:

• Welke persoonsgegevens wij verzamelen
• Hoe wij uw persoonsgegevens gebruiken en met wie ze kunnen worden gedeeld
• Uw rechten met betrekking tot de verzamelde informatie

Uw persoonsgegevens worden verzameld en verwerkt door Epact NV, een Belgische vennootschap met maatschappelijke zetel te B-2550 Kontich, De Villermontstraat 9, ingeschreven in de Kruispuntbank van Ondernemingen onder nummer 0884.167.866.

Deze Privacyverklaring moet samen worden gelezen met onze Cookieverklaring. Wij behouden ons het recht voor om deze Privacyverklaring op elk moment te wijzigen. De meest recente versie zal steeds beschikbaar zijn op onze website. Deze Privacyverklaring werd voor het laatst herzien en bijgewerkt op 14 oktober 2025.

Door gebruik te maken van onze website geeft u ons toestemming om uw persoonsgegevens te verzamelen voor de doeleinden zoals beschreven in deze Privacyverklaring.

Which personal data do we collect?

You have the right to receive a comprehensible copy of the relevant personal data being processed, free of charge.

Incorrect, irrelevant, or incomplete data, as well as data that violates your fundamental rights, will be deleted or corrected free of charge upon you rrequest.

You may request that we stop processing your personal data, or you may object to processing (provided you give a legitimate and justified reason), also free of charge.

If you believe we are processing your data unlawfully, you may contact the Belgian Data Protection Authority and file a complaint.

Under no circumstances will we process personal data related to race or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or data concerning health or sexual behavior.
