Especially when it comes to backup management. This web portal does exactly that.

Challenge
Both Epact and Integri were told by many customers that they needed extra functionality for their backups. The ability to provide functionality based on user roles, self-service for end users and good reporting were the most frequently asked questions. That is why Integri came to Epact to jointly design a web portal that could offer this functionality.
Solution
Epact integrated Integri's Cherriis solution to optimally manage customers. The portal is designed to support both IT teams and end users. IT teams can assign rights to individuals and/or groups, and end users can autonomously retrieve certain data based on this role-based access. These self-service restore options go beyond basic functionality. The granular management of roles and profiles also ensures better delegation of tasks and allows more specific management of backup and restore tasks.
Every quarter, customers receive a detailed report that provides a clear picture of the state of the backups, but the web portal also offers real-time insights. This way, customers can keep their finger on the pulse if they want to, pending the quarterly report.
